Our clients entrusted us with the challenge of fully refurbishing and extending their outdated property. Working alongside the talented team at G3 Architecture, we were provided with comprehensive and meticulously crafted architectural plans. From there, our team took charge, managing every detail from concept to completion. This extensive project included a 13.5m x 5m rear extension, adding substantial space to the home. We also constructed a new double garage and a striking two-storey front extension, completely transforming the property’s exterior and functionality. In addition, a full refurbishment was undertaken to modernize the entire home, aligning each space with the client’s vision. This project reflects the true scope of our capabilities, delivering a beautifully renewed property that meets the needs of today while respecting the client’s original vision.

For this project, we transformed the home by replacing an old conservatory with a spacious, inviting living area. The new two-storey side extension was designed to seamlessly blend with the original structure, using carefully matched materials to make it look like it’s always been there.

Upstairs, a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom adds an airy, open feel, creating a cozy retreat with plenty of natural light. This project perfectly showcases how a thoughtful design can expand space while preserving the charm of the original home.

Referred to us by G3 Architecture, we took on a complete transformation of this home, featuring a full layout change, an extensive extension, and enhanced insulation. This ambitious project required the installation of 13 steel beams and the removal of multiple internal walls to open up the space. The entire property was externally insulated, bringing it up to modern building standards. We also refreshed the landscaping in both the front and rear gardens, adding to the property’s curb appeal. Inside, a large vaulted hallway was created to deliver a striking first impression. It was a rewarding project, resulting in a modernized, spacious home that met our clients' vision perfectly.

Our clients initially approached us to price a project based on their existing drawings. However, after discussing the scope, we realized it didn’t align with their budget. Through a series of meetings, we worked closely with them to redesign the project, ultimately deciding on a rear extension that would enhance their home without compromising on quality or style. The new design features a large, open-plan family living space with a beautiful slate vaulted roof, five Velux windows, and elegant crittall doors that flood the room with natural light. At the heart of the space, a modern, functional kitchen serves as the perfect spot for family gatherings and entertaining. To extend the transformation outdoors, we completed extensive rear landscaping, creating a garden that provides a stunning backdrop to the new living area. With fresh design elements and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the result is a home that’s both functional and visually impressive a truly wonderful project we’re proud to have completed.

This project involved adding three distinct extensions to the property, based on detailed designs from G3 Architecture. The result? Two new bedrooms and a spacious, modern living room that beautifully extends the home. One of the bedrooms is designed with an impressive floor-to-ceiling glazed panel and three roof lights, including a feature eaves roof light. This setup floods the room with natural light, creating a bright, tranquil retreat. The living room extension opens up the home further, adding to the sense of space and comfort. Two of the extensions were meticulously clad in stone, with each piece custom-shaped and cut for a seamless finish. This project truly stands out for its thoughtful design and craftsmanship, providing the clients with a stunning and functional new living space.
